Delivery territory

Di Cadria currently delivers only to addresses in Germany.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is €5.99. Standard shipping is free for orders of €55 or more. Express shipping is €9.99. The shipping methods available for the specific order and the final shipping charge are shown before the order is placed in checkout.

Delivery time

Depending on the piece, fulfilment may take place from different European locations. A specific delivery time is shown for products that are available for direct purchase before the order is placed and/or in the order confirmation. Products for which shipping or delivery information cannot be sufficiently verified are not enabled for direct purchase.

Statutory right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the period generally starts on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods. If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.

It is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Return instructions & RMA

After receiving your withdrawal notice, we will promptly provide the return instructions applicable to the specific product and, where required, an RMA. The return address may differ depending on the fulfilment partner, in particular BrandsGateway or VAITTO.

Please do not send an item directly to a supplier address or to our business address before receiving return instructions. The RMA relates only to return logistics and is not a condition for a valid withdrawal.

The goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal.

Who pays return shipping?

For a withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected and we bear the necessary return costs in accordance with applicable law.

Refund

Following a withdrawal, we refund the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery option chosen by you, such as express shipping, are not refunded.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Reimbursement is normally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Inspecting the goods

You are responsible for any diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please keep labels, dust bags, original accessories and other product components complete and undamaged wherever possible.
